Sales Representative – Logistics

Spedination organises full truckloads across Europe – with a focus on the Alpine region, the Brenner corridor and Eastern Europe. We are growing, and we need people who bring new customers on board.
Selling in logistics isn't about handing out brochures. It's about understanding what a shipper actually needs, setting a price that works for both sides – and making sure dispatch can deliver what you promised.
We don't much care where you come from – logistics, hospitality, car sales. What matters is that you enjoy talking to people and don't take a no personally.
What you'll do
You build customer relationships – from the first call to an ongoing partnership.
- Find and approach new customers across Europe
- Understand what shippers need and offer the right transport solutions
- Calculate, negotiate and close offers
- Work closely with dispatch so that what's sold matches what's delivered
- Look after existing customers and grow the business with them
- Keep track of your own pipeline and numbers
In short: you bring in business that pays off – and that we can actually run.
What we're looking for
We don't expect you to tick every box. But you should:
- Enjoy picking up the phone and approaching people
- Listen before you pitch
- Negotiate without folding at the first sign of resistance
- Think commercially – revenue without margin is not a success
- Keep going, even when the fifth call still hasn't turned into an order
- Work independently while staying closely aligned with the team
- Speak and write German confidently
- English is a plus, but not a requirement
Sales experience in logistics helps. Sales talent from another industry counts just as much.

Mindestgrundgehalt laut KV: EUR 2.738,10 brutto pro Monat, 14x jährlich. Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, zusätzlich erfolgsabhängige Prämie.
Place of work: Spedination GmbH, Sportplatzweg 5a, 6336 Langkampfen – in the Kufstein district, between Kufstein and Wörgl in Tyrol, Austria.
